Clachan Quarry is situated on the A83 at Cairndow a 25 hectare site was chosen for its uniqueness. Unseen from the road by passing tourists lies the double ended quarry our main supply area being Argyll & Bute.

The company possesses the ability to process 75 tonnes of hard rock per hour. These output levels allow the company to serve local authority, contractors and utility customers throughout the West of Scotland.

Ready Mix Concrete is one of the major aspects of the company. Four Mixer Trucks are used to supply customers in Argyllshire. Our Concrete Products range from 7.5N to 40N strength

Bonnar Sand & Gravel Co Ltd invested in a Caterpillar 320, 25t excavator with super long reach – the first of its kind in the UK! This provided the company with greater reach and digging depth with the excavation now below the water table. Bonnar Sand & Gravel Co Ltd markets a complete range of quarry products both loose and bagged. The CAT320L is also now available for hire.
